Print Power Award winner, 2026

On the theme “For Sweden in Time” I created my poster Rustad Fredsduva. My entry took home the win among 214 other contestants in the Print Power Awards, a prestigious design prize awarded by a jury of leading design figures. My poster also brought me to TV4 Nyhetsmorgon, where I had the opportunity to discuss my process and ideas live on air.

The handmade motif reflects on the tension between peace and defence. I was inspired by Sweden’s long-standing tradition of military non-alignment and diplomacy. Through the project, I wanted to explore the contrast to today’s landscape, where a renewed focus on defense and military infrastructure is beginning to take shape.
